What kind of shirts do you print on?
American Apparel sweat shop free t-shirts.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We prefer payment through Paypal. If paying by check or money order please contact
us for further details. Shipments go out once payments/checks/e-checks have cleared.

When can I expect to receive my t-shirt?
Orders ship in 3-7 business days once payment is completed or a check clears.
US orders are shipped via Priority 2-3 days with Delivery Confirmation. US buyers will
receive email confirmation with tracking information. If you need it sooner, let us know
and we will work something out.
International orders ship via First Class International,6-15 business days, but that is
not guaranteed. There is no tracking available for First Class International. Hand bags
are shipped internationally via Priority Mail which is trackable and reliable. Our
handbags are handmade with care, so although the shipping is pricey it is more
reliable. We apologize for any inconvenience.

For US and International Orders:
-We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
-We do not refund lost packages.
-We are not responsible for packages not received due to an incorrect address.

International Orders Only:
-We are not responsible for any duty taxes you may incur.
-We will not mark packages as a 'gift' on the customs form. It is illegal and we would be
responsible for paying a very hefty fine.

My shirt doesn't fit, can I send it back for a different size?
Before an item can be returned we must notified by email of the reason for the return.
We accept unworn/unused returns within 7 days of receipt for a refund less shipping. A
copy of the packing slip or a print out of the order must be included with the return.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charge. Then you can purchase the shirt in the
size you want.
Bags carry a 20% restocking fee and must be in the same condition as they were when
shipped. Please allow 10 business to process returns. We do not accept returns on
sale items, custom items and underwear. We reserve the right to refuse a return should
we find item to be used or damaged in any way.

What if I received the wrong size?
If there was a mistake on our part please let us know and we will make every effort to
correct it.

How will I know if you have my size in stock?
Although we make every effort to keep everything in stock, we do occasionally run out. If
a size you ordered is currently out of stock we will let you know. You can also email us

I like the image but not the shirt color. Can you print the image on a different
color?
If you want a design printed on a different item or color than what is available in our
store, let us know and we'll let you know if it can be done.
