Strike! at Lucha Workshop

Wednesday, June 28th, 2006

This was the scene outside Lucha Workshop Monday morning. Literally 10’s of thread spools came together to protest what they are calling “unfair” practices at Lucha Workshop.

The Thimble’s local 28 joined along in a sympathy strike.

Lucha Workshop denies any mistreatment of thread or thimbles. Red#2, the leader of the strike has promised the strike will continue untill every spool is treated “fairly,” and has a dental plan. Lucha Workshop is assured the strike will not last long.

Creme Shirt Says Teal Shirt “Kinda Stuck Up”

Thursday, June 8th, 2006

“Cream” reported earlier this week that “Teal” is “kinda stuck up.” Calling attention to her constant worry over her appearance and the appearance of other shirts. Shirts spend most of their time at Lucha Workshop on a shelf waiting to be printed, something Cream says is “serious work” and not “time to be primping oneself.”

Teal has been overheard whispering  “cream isn’t even a color, it’s what you put in your coffee.” Teal is also suspected of leaving garment color dyes where Cream will find them.

“Teal must think she deserves special treatment cause she’s so bright or something” says Creme. “I know I’m a nuetral but there’s no need for that behavior.”
